Small Group Training

Small group training can be an effective and affordable way to stay accountable while having fun. Classes are customized programs specific to your group’s goals and you choose the location. In the gym, at the beach, on the stairs or a mix of everything.  In addition, each person in the group receives my 28 Day Nutrition Challenge including tips to keep you motivated.

Obstacle Course Race Training

Obstacle course races are a fun way to challenge your mental and physical limits and currently one of my favorite things to do!  Obstacle course training is different than the average 5k prep. To prepare for this type of event we focus your training on strength, endurance, stamina with hybrid fitness. Grab a friend, cross that finish line and earn your medal!

Wedding Preparation

Planning a wedding can be stressful and it can make getting in shape for your big day even more of a challenge. Try a 4 week intensive that is a creative mix of HIIT, cardio and strength training helping you burn off the fat – and the stress – FAST! When a bride registers with three or more members of their bridal party, her 4 week session is free!
