one fit mother personal training My system is based on functional training with a focus on core strength development and overall stability while creating lean muscle. Workouts are fun and challenging and customized specific to your goals to maximize results in minimal time.

Programs are customized to challenge you at any level. Some clients train year round while others come in for tune ups. Some people train for specific events like vacations, weddings or crossing a finish line.

Many local clients train with me in a private gym. Based on availability we can also train at parks, beaches, stairs and sand dunes.

Initial Consultation

We will speak by phone or email about your specific fitness goals. Next, you will receive a health and assessment form for you to fill out and return prior to our first session. In some cases, written clearance by your physician may be required prior to training.
