My system is based on functional training with a focus on core strength development and overall stability while creating lean muscle. Workouts are fun and challenging and customized specific to your goals to maximize results in minimal time.

Programs are designed to challenge you at all levels. Some clients train year round while others come in for tune ups. Some people train for specific events like vacations, weddings or crossing a finish line.

Many local clients train with me in a private gym. Based on availability we can also train at parks, beaches, stairs and sand dunes.  Online training is by email and FaceTime or Skype.

Initial Fitness Consultation

We will speak by phone or email about your specific fitness goals. Next, you will receive a client health and assessment form for you to fill out and return prior to our first session. In some cases, written clearance by your physician may be required prior to training.

Small Group Fitness

Small group training can be an effective and affordable way to stay accountable while having fun. Classes are customized programs specific to you goals and you choose the location. In the gym, at the beach, on the stairs or a mix of everything.  In addition, each person in the group receives my 28 Day Nutrition Challenge including tips to keep you motivated.

Online Training

Online training allows you to take advantage of a personal trainer in the most cost effective way and from anywhere in the country. After the initial consultation I set up a personalized plan based on your equipment availability, activity preferences and fitness goals all through the convenience of the Internet. Weekly Skype or FaceTime conferences and daily feedback via email will guarantee that you get the support you need to reach your goals.
